Therm-O-Dor™ TD-134 features a continuous foamed-in-place polyurethane core providing an R Value of 16.04, twice the efficiency of polystyrene insulated panels.
Strength & Rigidity
Achieved by the unequalled adhesion of the steel skins to the polyurethane core. The injected foam forms an even compact block that adheres strongly to every inch of the steel.
Separates the outside and inside steel skins to reduce cold/heat conductivity and stops frost and moisture from collection on the inside of the door.
Between Section Weatherseal
Air and wind infiltration is eliminated by the use of a continuous weatherseal inserted between each section.
A Total Weatherseal System
Provided with the use of a “U” shaped bottom weatherseal that conforms to minor floor irregularities and thus keeps out the weather. The permieter of the door is sealed with the use of the steel/vinyl weatherstrip on the outside door jamb.
Virtually Maintenance Free
Door is finished with a baked-on two coat polyester paint. The inside and outside skins are of a corrosion resistant hot-dipped galvanized steel.
Inserts are mounted in a high-impact polymer frame with sealed lites of glass.

Only heavy-duty hardware and top quality rollers are used to ensure long life and smooth, quiet operation.
Painted Inside and Out
The continuous seamless steel inside skin brightens the interior of the garage and is easy to keep clean. The exterior may be painted to any colour.
The complete door is covered by a warranty against workmanship and material plus a 15 year warranty against cracking, splitting or deterioration due to rust.
